crap, feces, excrement, stoolは液体ではないので「噴き出す」という表現が出来ません
無理やりすると白い液体が噴き出す描写になってしまいます
固形物の排泄、つまり自然便の描写をしたい場合は「scat」というプロンプトを入れるだけでいいようです
